What we collect

• To fulfil an order: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our site or our servers. We receive only the result of the payment and the last four digits.
• If you join the mailing list: your email address, and nothing else.
• In your browser: your bag is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a reload. It is not sent to us until you start checkout. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who it is shared with

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Our fulfilment partners, to make and post your order. Printed goods go to a US print partner; objects go to our overseas supplier. They receive the shipping details and the items, and are not permitted to use your details for anything else.
• Our email provider, to send order confirmations and, if you asked for it, the mailing list.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years, because tax rules require it. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Your rights

Email us to get a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Order records we are legally required to keep are the one exception to deletion.

If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

Children

This shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
