Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, and free on orders over $85. You are charged shipping once, even when an order arrives in more than one package.

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Nothing is stocked

We hold no inventory. Every item is produced or collected after you have paid for it. That is why lead times are longer than a warehouse would quote, and why we put them on the product page rather than at the checkout.

Two routes, two timings

• Printed items (prints, garments, paper goods) are made to order in the United States. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then transit on top.
• Objects (cast iron, brass, ceramic) come from our supplier overseas and take 10 to 18 business days to reach you.

An order containing both will arrive in separate packages, at different times. The bag tells you when that is going to happen before you pay.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when each package leaves. For an order that ships in two parts you will get two tracking emails.

Seasonal cutoffs

Objects stop being sold on 24 November and printed items on 15 December, because those are the last dates either route can be relied on to arrive for Christmas. We stop selling rather than take money for something that will miss.

Customs and duties

Objects ship from outside the United States. Any duty or import charge is set by your country and is not included in the price you pay us.
